Our WorkWe work with landowners across the country to create and implement strategies for sustainable development, conservation and alternative market-driven uses such as those related to ecosystem services, and increase the economic and environmental value of their land through planning, entitlement, restoration, incentive programs, market mechanisms and transactions.
We provide a comprehensive approach that is responsive and resourceful, and emphasizes communication and coordination. We are committed to excellence and innovation in our work, honesty and integrity in our relationships, and to the sustainable use of our client’s resources, both financial and environmental.
Based on a clear understanding of their objectives, their land and potential opportunities, we help clients make informed decisions, develop a strategy and determine the best course of action, and then manage the process and resources required to implement the strategy. We provide guidance, management and oversight for all aspects of a project from initial vision to execution, including:
• Strategic Planning
• Refinement of vision, objectives, concept and program
• Evaluation of potential development, conservation and alternative use opportunities
• Assessment of physical site, natural resources, market and regulatory considerations
• Planning and implementation of development, conservation and alternative uses
• Selection and management of consultants
• Securing of governmental approvals and entitlements
• Land acquisition, sales, donations and easements
• Sourcing of funding, investors and partners
• Structuring of agreements and transactions
